Be trustworthy & reliable – Through sharing realistic information to manage expectations, giving accurate lead times to ensure delivery is met as promised and sustainable pricing that enables both value for customers and the ability to deliver quality products & services whilst maintaining long term financial health. Look after its community - Through responsible contracts with real value for our customers, ethically strong sourcing & manufacture, morally strong relationships with charitable and community organisations & fair conditions for employees and those of suppliers.
